Keyon Lab is developing a diversified portfolio of small-molecule therapeutics targeting Kv7 potassium channels.
Our lead program focuses on proprietary next-generation Kv7 activators engineered to improve the pharmacological profile of earlier compounds through enhanced chemical stability, optimized pharmacokinetics, and superior brain penetration.
In parallel, we are expanding our discovery pipeline by identifying and optimizing novel chemical scaffolds (including those from repurposed compounds) capable of selectively modulating Kv7 channels, generating different therapeutic candidates supported by a growing intellectual property portfolio.
Our long-term objective is to advance these programs through preclinical development and establish strategic partnerships for clinical development and commercialization.
